More Peace - World Peace
World Peace
Whatever you Observe on a Global Scale is a mirror of your beliefs
around life on a Global Scale.
Every time you Observe (through the media or personal experience or
gossip) an experience on a Global Scale, you either accept it as truth
because it affirms your beliefs about life, or you accept it as an
exception because it does not affirm your beliefs.
Aristotle Tells
A Story
There is a story by the Greek Philosopher Aristotle that
goes like this ...
A young man approached a walled city after journeying from afar.
Outside of the walled city sat an old man. Upon seeing the old man, the
young man asked him, “What are the people of this city
like?”
To which the old man replied, “What were the people like from
where you came?”
The young man said, “The people where I came from kept to
themselves. It was very hard to build friendships with such a bunch of
people. They were very wary of outsiders.”
The old man smiled, “That is exactly what the people here are
like too.”
Later the same day, another young man approached the walled city and
upon discovering the old man sitting there, the young man asked,
“What are the people of this city like?”
To which the old man replied, “What were the people like from
where you came?”
This young man said, “The people where I came from celebrated
life. They opened their homes to friends and strangers alike. They went
out of their way to welcome those who were different.”
The old man smiled, “That is exactly what the people here are
like too.”
We Always
Experience What We Believe
When you Observe any condition in the outer world, it
either Aligns with or skews your deepest heartfelt most secret beliefs.
Everything in your world Allows you to Align with what you want, either
from the Presence of what you want, or from the Absence of what you
want.
In the Presence of What You Want - You Accept What Is as Confirmation
of What You Want.
In the Absence of What You Want - You Align your Thoughts and Feelings
with What You Want to Set Your Creation Vibration.
Back To
Aristotle’s Story
Let’s look at the first young man in the story
again. He
comes forward and asks, “What are the people of this city
like?”
To which the old man replies, “What were the people like from
where you came?”
The young man says, “The people where I came from kept to
themselves. It was very hard to build friendships with such a bunch of
people. They were very wary of outsiders.”
This time the old man smiles and says, “You will find a
totally
different group of people here. The people here celebrate life. They
open their homes to friends and strangers alike. They go out of their
way to welcome those who are different.”
Habitual Beliefs
Now inside the young man, he is going to take what the old
man
has said and check those ideas against his beliefs. Because of his past
experiences he is going to have certain beliefs. And more than likely,
his beliefs are going to match up with what he experienced in his past.
The reason his beliefs will likely match up with his past experiences,
is that when we habitually do certain things, they set up comfort zones
for us.
So in this example of the new story, the young man, upon hearing the
old man’s new words, will most likely find the idea of
Celebrating life, opening homes to friends and strangers alike, and
welcoming those who are different will be very foreign to his Core
Beliefs.
As a result, the young man might say, “Thanks for telling me
about the people of this city. Do have a good day sir.”
whereby
he would turn and walk on to the another city.
Another Story
Possibility
Back to our story, the old man responds, “You
will find a
totally different group of people here. The people here celebrate life.
They open their homes to friends and strangers alike. They go out of
their way to welcome those who are different.”
To which the young man says, “That is very good to
hear.”
“Why is that?” the old man asks.
The young man explains, “The people from where I came from
were
and are exactly as I have described to you. That is not who I am. That
is the reason I left them. I hoped to discover a place where people
celebrate life with friends and strangers alike by accepting
differences, because that is what feels true to me.”
Now Back To Our
World Story
Every Story Is Possible.
If you can Believe something, you can Achieve that something.
God/Life/Energy is Pure Potential Energy.
God/Life/Energy Flows Equally to All That Is.
God/Life/Energy Manifests through the Funnel of our Beliefs.
If you wish to Experience something different than what you are
Currently experiencing, you need only Choose to Believe something new
about what you are Observing.
Imagination Is
The Key
There have been many times in your life, that you Imagined
a
different outcome - no matter what appeared to be - and what you
Imagined came to pass.
Think of it.
What has happened in your life, that defied what appeared to be - and
was replaced by what you Chose to Believe?
Faith Turns The
Key
Faith (Feeling Automatically Inside a Truthful Heart)
Imagine It.
Faithfully Believe It.
No matter what appears to be, if you Imagine something is possible, and
you Faithfully Believe It, what you Imagine and Faithfully Believe will
come to pass. Though it may take Vibrational Time for you to Align with
any new belief you Choose.
The Proof?
Everything that has ever been accomplished was imagined and faithfully
believed until it Manifested.
Back To
Aristotle’s Story For A Third Time
This time, the young man has been told about the openness
of the
new city, and the young man says, “That’s a
different idea.
I never thought of that idea before. I kind of like that idea. Maybe I
should try that idea on. I think I will try that idea on.”
To which the old man replies, “That is very brave.”
“Why is it very brave?”
“Trying a new idea on is very brave.” Continues the
old
man, “For trying a new idea (belief) on takes time and
patience.”
“I can do this.”
“Yes, you can. I have one bit of advice for you, if you will
permit me.”
“Please.” says the young man.
“If you wish to try on a new idea (belief) on give yourself
100
days. In those 100 days I want you to put forth your best foot every
time with this new idea. Every time you and your new idea work
together, congratulate yourself. And more importantly every time you
and your new idea falter together, congratulate yourself.”
“Congratulate myself?”
“Yes, every time you succeed or struggle with your new belief
congratulate yourself for trying on this new belief. Can you promise me
that you will put your best foot forward every time with this new
belief?”
“I can do that.”
“At the end of the 100 days come see me again.”
100 Days Passes
Quickly
The young man approaches the old man at the end of 100
days.
“How did it go?” asks the old man, “Was
it as easy as you imagined?”
The young man proudly replies, “Thank you Sir, for your great
advice. In my past, being on this Conscious Creation Journey, I would
very easily beat myself up any time I missed the mark. You Sir,
encouraged me to be gentle on myself, to congratulate myself when it
went well and when it went less than stellar. I must thank you from the
bottom of my heart. I live in a new world today. A world surrounded by
people who are on a similar journey as I am, a world where people
openly share who they are and what they desire to accomplish. Now when
I look around the world, that is what I see, most often, and when I
still struggle to see that, I find it easier to Imagine and Align with
what I want as I congratulate myself for trying on this new belief of
the world.”
The old man smiles, “Thank yourself for Choosing a new world
view
and for giving yourself the time to Align with it.”
“I have one question. How did you know it would take 100
days?”
“I didn’t, but 100 days is a good marker to set
when trying
on new beliefs, and just go for them joyfully and wholeheartedly. All
of life is like this. You can Choose any belief for your world
experience and foster it powerfully. Remember, Imagination is the Key
and Faith turns that Key.”
