Q. How Can I Relax More?


A. I find Meditation a great way to Relax more. If you take as little as ten minutes, just after you wake up and are still lying in bed, you can put forth an Intention about your day. I also do this just before going to bed by appreciating all the good I experienced that day.

I love to just sit there and put forth my Intention for many different things in my day. Most are very general in their nature. Here are some examples:

1. Today, I am going to easily connect with God/Life/Energy and everything All of Life is sharing with me.
2. I am going to easily communicate with others.
3. Our family is going to laugh together a lot today. We have so much fun together.
4. Today some unexpected money comes into my life for me to enjoy and use for the fun of it.
5. Today I laugh with my friends and co-workers. We get our work done and have fun doing it.

And if there is anything I would like to specifically see happen, I phrase it something like ...

6. Today, I see my co-worker in a new light (I would say a real name) and we help each other with this project and get it done even more quickly than we originally thought.
7. I have been a little hard on my eldest child (I would say a real name) and I know that everything is going well and that it only stops going well when I get all worked up about it.

As you can see with these very simple ideas, taking time to put forth an Intention about your day can help you be more relaxed as situations arise. You know the situations that are troubling you. You know that you can ask to relax more in them by setting up how you can enjoy your Creations and set up your Creations so that you are more aligned with Relaxation.

If you start and finish your days with this simple exercise, when you are in a totally peaceful state, you will have much more success.

Q. How Can I Be Peaceful No Matter What Others Are Doing?


A. Peace is a personal state of experience.

When you are at peace in your inner world, the things you experience are at peace in your outer world.

No matter what anyone else is doing in your experience you can be at peace. Most often, you are not at peace because you become emotionally involved.

It is never what another is doing that Creates Peace (or lack of it). It is always and only your focus on what another is doing that Creates Peace (or lack of it).

By example, if you see someone (who you do not know) arguing with someone else (who you do not know), you will have a much different emotional experience than if you see someone (who you know very well) arguing with someone else (who you also know very well).

Peace is a personal state of experience.

Even if you know the people who are arguing, your focus can magnify or reduce your emotional experience of it.

Your experience of emotions is always under your control.

When you are Aware of your emotions, you can control your experience of them. Your emotional reactions are magnified or reduced by your focus.

You control your emotional experience with your thoughts about whatever you are experiencing.

Using the same example, two good friends arguing ...

If you think one is right and the other is wrong, your thoughts will align yourself with the one and deny the other. Your thoughts will think more and more about the utter stupidity of the other person.

If you think one is right and the other is wrong, and you think that it is not your place to get in between your friends, because you would want that for yourself, then you will step back and go find something else to occupy your thoughts.

If you think that both of your friends just argue as a form of silly sparing for the debating team, you will not even really consider the argument and you will go about whatever you were up to.

If you think that your friends are on a self destructive phase and they are not open to self Creative suggestions, you are going to let them do what they are doing.

As you can see, your thoughts can take whatever side or form you choose.

“How can I be peaceful no matter what others are doing?”

Choose a perspective where you Choose Peace no matter what others are doing.

I Choose Peace.

I Can Choose Peace Over This.

I AM Peaceful.

Q. Why Do I Get So Angry


A. Anger gets a bad rap by many, yet anger is only an emotion that is telling you where you are in respect to your Deepest Heartfelt Most Secret Beliefs.

Anger flares up most often because of something not being the way you wish.

Anger flares up when you want to change What Is into What You Want.

Anger flares up when you feel powerless with any situation that is present in your life.

Anger is a clue that you want something to change very definitely, but that you feel powerless to Create that change. When you are in anger your Creation Vibration is set to attract more angry experiences, but only if you stay in Anger. When you use your Anger to as a tool to recognize your Awareness of what you desire, that is what you will use Anger for.

Always in all ways, you Create your own experience through your thoughts and feelings. Your  thoughts and feelings Attract people, places, things, and experiences which match your Creation Vibration. You can set your Creation Vibration by focussing on What Is or What You Want.

Your Happy thoughts and feelings Create your Vibrations of Happiness and Attract people, places, things, and experiences of Happiness.

Your Bored thoughts and feelings Create your Vibrations of Boredom and Attract people, places, things, and experiences of Boredom.

Your Confused thoughts and feelings Create your Vibrations of Confusion and Attract people, places, things, and experiences of Confusion.

Whatever thoughts and feelings you have Create your Vibrations of Whatever you focus upon and Attract people, places, things, and experiences of Whatever you energize.

In answer to the question, You are getting so angry because there is something you want a lot, but you feel powerless in your ability to produce what you want a lot.

The only way to Create what you want, is to focus on what you want and to activate your Creation Vibration to Attract whatever it is you want.

If you are experiencing Anger, use it to boost your Awareness of what you want and then release your thoughts and feelings around anything you no longer wish to experience (anger in this case), and focus on what you wish to Consciously Create.

Q. Why Do I Have To Be Peaceful First?


A.  Life, as we know and experience it is Vibrational. It is Vibrational Matches that come together. Birds of a Feather Flock Together.

In order to experience Peace, you only need to be a Vibrational Match to Peace.

You are the Source of that which you seek, by your Vibrations to All That Is in your life.

You only have to be Peaceful first, if peace is something you wish to experience.

You Are Creating Your Own Experience through your Vibrations.

At the most basic of levels, your thoughts and feelings inform your Beingness - your words - your actions. Your most essential Vibrations are:

Your Thoughts.
Your Feelings.

Your Thoughts and Feelings are prime indicators of what you are going to experience should you keep activating the Vibrations of whatever Thoughts and Feelings you are.

When you are Aware that your Thoughts and Feelings set up your Creation Vibration, you can be Honest and Responsible for what your Thoughts and Feelings are energizing.

Awareness: You Are Creating Your Own Experience
Honesty: You Are Creating Your Own Experience
Responsibility: You Are Creating Your Own Experience

Try this simple Conscious Creation Exercise:

This following experiment is presented for you to Discover for yourself whether you truly believe that You CAN Create Your Own Experience. When you prove to yourself that You CAN Create Your Own Experience in one area of life (something you are not emotionally involved in), you will benefit from the transformation information of this website.

Do this experiment for at least three different simple things, and have them grow in apparent challenge after each Simple Conscious Creation is accomplished.

1. Think of something (that you are not emotionally involved in) that you would like to Create in your life this week.

2. Choose something simple to find. Choose anything you want to find and have in your life, like a feather, or some money ($5), or a glass bead, or flowers. Choose anything that excites you, anything that you have no clue as to how it is going to come to you.

3. You want to choose something that you can Visualize and Vibrationalize and Vocalize clearly. You want to choose something that you can Think About and Feel About and Talk About clearly until you Know and Believe it is Now Here. This is not something that you can force. You want to Be Vibrationally One with the thing you choose. Make Sure You Visualize Yourself with the thing you want. This is very Important. If you're not there with what you wish to Create, who is?

4. You want to Choose something that you believe can come to you this week 100% without questions or doubt. It is going to come to you. When you see it you are going to grab it. You may have to buy it. You may have to ask for it. You may have to pick it up. You will know when you see it.

5. You want to have fun imagining this thing in your life.

6. You want to thank God/Life/Energy (in advance) for this thing being in your life. True Deep Appreciation Sets your Creation Vibration to That Which You Desire.

7. You want to let go of this thing. You don't have to keep energizing it to Create it. Whenever it comes up in your mind, just Think About and Feel About and Talk About it clearly so you Know and Believe it is Now Here.

8. Then enjoy your life, no matter what you are doing, and see what happens by feeling good about whatever is present in your life and about what you wish to Create. Be amazed as God/Life/Energy Creates whatever you have asked for because You Vibrationally Aligned with what you choose.

You Are The Vibrational Source Of All That Is In Your Life.
You Are The Vibrational Source Of That Which You Seek.
You Are The Vibrational Source Of Your Experience.

When you Know without question or doubt that You Are The Vibrational Source of Your Experience, you will be Aware that You Can Create Anything You Choose whether you are emotionally involved (or not)

Until you Truly Believe that it will be very easy to get frustrated and say ... this stuff doesn't work.

When you prove it to yourself you will know ... THIS STUFF WORKS.

And you will consciously say ... I AM Creating My Own Experience.
